Tony Oulton

Tony Oulton is an experienced educator and senior leader, currently serving as Headteacher of Bosworth Independent School. Educated at the University of Oxford, he has held a number of prominent leadership roles across the independent and state education sectors, including Principal of Hulme Grammar School and Acting Principal of Pimlico Academy.

His experience also includes serving as Head of Sixth Form at St Albans High School for Girls, as well as Head of Department and Oxbridge Coordinator at Woldingham School. Tony is recognised for his strategic vision, strong business acumen, and commitment to student wellbeing, with a focus on academic excellence and enhancing the educational experience for every student.

As a member of the iWISE Advisor Board, Tony brings his extensive educational leadership experience and commitment to student development to iWISE’s mission of empowering young people, nurturing their potential, and creating meaningful opportunities for academic and personal growth.
