International – World Innovative Student Expo
The International – World Innovative Student Expo is one of the world’s most prestigious international platforms that nurtures and promotes creativity, innovation and invention. iWISE is a global platform for young talented performers, gifted artists and extraordinary scientists to showcase their skills, creativity and scientific mind-set. This platform also aims to facilitate the exchange of scientific ideas, interests and abilities in the following categories:
– STEM. (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
– Talent.
– Art.
iWISE is an opportunity for young minds between the ages of 10 to 24 years old, to express their views on public awareness surrounding environmental issues. iWISE encourages its participants to explore the depths of their creative imagination in order to develop a unique perspective and understanding in responding to the world around them. We encourage all our participants to become more involved in shaping our environment.
The aim of our contest is to help students develop a keen sense of responsibility, independence and creative thinking with regards to environmental issues. We provide students with a unique platform that they can explore their potential within the STEM, TALENT and ART categories thus inspiring them to create innovative solutions.
There are two rounds for iWISE:
The Virtual Finals (Preliminary Round).
The Global Final (Final Round).
The Virtual Finals (Preliminary Round):
The Virtual Final is an online qualifying round that presents participants with a unique chance to secure a spot in the Global Final. Successful students who qualify from this round will advance to showcase their outstanding submission in the Global Final, where they will engage in exhilarating competition with talented participants from across the globe. The Global Final (Final Round):
The Global Final represents the ultimate stage where participants who have successfully qualified in the iWISE Virtual Finals gather to showcase their remarkable artwork, present their visionary projects, or deliver captivating performances in the vibrant city of London. Spanning over a duration of 6 days, inclusive of arrival and departure days, the iWISE Global Final promises an immersive and enriching experience for all involved. The iWISE Olympiad is for students who are between the ages of 10 to 24 years old and are enrolled in any institution such as primary school, high school, university etc. There are four age categories:
Division 1: this category is for students who are currently 10 and 11 years old.
Division 2: this category is for students who are currently 12 to 15 years old.
Division 3: this category is for students who are currently 16 to 19 years old.
Division 4: this category is for students who are currently 20 to 24 years old.
Participants must base their masterpiece around the relevant theme of that year. The theme should form the central idea or a deeper meaning behind the Artwork / Talent/ Performance. The iWISE Olympiad Committee will announce the annual theme 1 month before registration opens.
Please note that the theme is only relevant for the CREATIVE WRITING, PUBLIC SPEAKING, SHORT FILM and SHORT ANIMATION categories.
Participants in the STEM category will not need to have a project related to the announced theme.
