Welcome to the iWISE Virtual Final, our exciting and inclusive online preliminary round that gives students a chance to showcase their creativity and innovation on a global platform. This is our first round of the competition, and it offers a unique opportunity for the brightest young minds to qualify for the iWISE Global Final Exhibition.
To participate, students simply need to make an online submission via our website, in addition to making your submission you will need to book a zoom appointment to present your ARTWORK/TALENT PERFORMANCE/STEM PROJECT to our judges. Our expert judges will evaluate the student’s work and select the best and brightest to move on to the iWISE Global Final. All medallists from the Virtual Finals will directly qualify for the iWISE Global Final. All gold medallists will achieve a 10% discount to register for the iWISE Global Final. For those who don’t qualify, our judges will provide valuable feedback to help them improve their submission and prepare for the next Virtual Final. At iWISE, we believe in the potential of every student, and we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants.
The registration fee for the Virtual Finals works per submission (per team not per participant), and it is important to note that this fee is non-refundable. Participants are encouraged to enter as a group, however single entries are also permitted for the same price. Each group can consist of a maximum of 3 participants, ensuring a fair and manageable team size. Additionally, all submissions must provide the necessary documents (e.g., artwork, project portfolio, poster for project) as specified by the chosen category. Registration process as follow:
1- Visit www.iwise.org
2- Click on the Registration Tab
3- Select one of the Virtual Finals
4- Fill in your details
5- Select your available time and date for the Judging process
6- Submit your zoom judging session
7- Proceed to payment.
8- Complete your submission
All results will be announced live via the iWISE YouTube Channel during a virtual award ceremony. All medallists from the Virtual Finals will directly qualify for the iWISE Global Final. All gold medallists will achieve a 10% discount to register for the iWISE Global Final.
A confirmation letter acknowledging their qualification will be provided exclusively to those who meet the criteria set for the Global Final. It is important to note that participants will also receive a medal and certificates of achievement specifically for the iWISE Virtual Final. All medals, certificates and Qualification letters will be couriered to the relevant school or official iWISE partners’ office for the relevant country. All Certificates and Qualification Letters will be provided via email as well. Participants will receive a certificate of Participation for submission in the Virtual Final.
